Partner Agreement

Terms for travel agencies, tour operators, and service providers who use Déjà Vu Nomad to manage client trips and, optionally, list packages on the marketplace.

What the partner program is

Déjà Vu Nomad is the traveler-experience layer that works alongside your existing website and booking stack. You keep your clients. You create interactive trips they can open after they book.

Fees

• 0% commission on clients you bring, on every plan including Starter
• Marketplace fee of 6–10% only when Déjà Vu Nomad introduces the traveler
• Standard processing fees when payment is collected through Déjà Vu Nomad
• Optional $499 professional onboarding

Your clients stay yours

We do not contact your clients, market to them, or offer them another agent. You may export your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Partners must describe packages accurately, honor confirmed bookings, and keep traveler data confidential. Marketplace listings must match what the traveler actually receives.
