Terms of Service

Déjà Vu Nomad — travel planning platform user agreement. These terms cover accounts, acceptable use, pricing, refunds, and how the service may change.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including trips you create and people you invite.

Using the trip planner

The consumer app is free for travelers to plan itineraries, invite companions, and travel with the trip. Features such as itinerary, polls, expenses, chat, maps, offline access, flight alerts, documents, and export are included. You must not misuse the service or attempt to access other people's trips without an invitation.

Partner plans and payments

Travel professionals who run client trips do so under a partner plan. Starter is free. Paid plans (Advisor Pro, Group Pro, Agency) bill monthly or yearly. 0% commission applies to clients you bring. A marketplace fee applies only when Déjà Vu Nomad introduces the traveler. Standard processing fees apply when we collect payment. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial.

Refunds and cancellation

Partner subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the partner agreement. Marketplace bookings follow the refund rules of the listing and payment provider.
